Policies

CANCELLATION - should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us by 5p the day prior to your service (48 hours for packages) to avoid being charged in full.

LATE ARRIVALS - your appointment is reserved exclusively for your.  In order to honor each guest’s experience, late arrivals will receive the time remaining of their appointment.

DISCOUNTS/COMPS - please provide us with your Club Barona card to receive your discount ranging from 5%-20%.  Discounts will not be applied to comps or to already discounted packages. The card holder must be present in order to receive the discount. 

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS - inform us of any medical conditions or special needs prior to your treatment.  If you are pregnant or have high blood pressure, avoid any heat treatments. Skin care procedures and waxing services have specific contraindications related to pregnancy and prescription drugs. 

RECOMMENDED ATTIRE - robes, slippers and personal dressing rooms are provided within each treatment room. 

SECURING VALUABLES - please leave valuables at home or in your guest room safe.

GRATUITIES - are not included in any of our spa services but are greatly appreciated.

RETURNS - all gift card sales are final.  Unopened products with original packaging within 7 days with a receipt will be issued a full refund.

AGE REQUIREMENTS - young adults 14 and older are welcome to receive spa services.  A parent must be present in the Spa.
